Harvested between 6 and 8am, when the morning dew ensures peak essential oil concentration, locking in the highest healing properties. By 10am, as the sun rises and moisture evaporates, herbs can lose up to 50% of their potency.
Mass-produced herbs are dried using high heat, which is faster and more cost-effective but degrades the plant’s beneficial compounds. We use low-heat, natural drying methods to preserve the herbs’ full potency.
Our herbalists connect deeply with each plant, speaking to them and infusing them with purpose and intention. This sacred tradition is believed to amplify the herb’s healing energy.
Our herbs are grown in a farm deep inside Guatemala protected by a “living barrier” of surrounding plants that safeguard their purity and potency.
As long as you aren’t pregnant and you adhere to the recommended dosage of 3 cups per day, there won’t be any side effects.
Thanks to your support we’re able to pay our herbalists well above Guatemala standards, creating meaningful change in their lives and communities.

Today, medical professionals and patients from all around the world come to Guatemala to seek her expertise.
Raquel is involved in every part of the creation process of the herbal blends. She personally plants, nurtures and cultivates each herb used in the blends.

I came home from a long international trip with a bad cold. I drank 2 cups of the Lung Blend and immediately started to feel better. Scratchy throat, stuffy sinuses, and chest phlegm decreased. I cant thank the lovely women who created this bundle enough! I love using nature's medicine and this really works!
So happy I was guided to The Wisdom Project. The two lives I’ve experienced—the last with the amazing elder and then herbalist Rachel were amazing. The surprise bonus was the launch of the Marketplace and the opportunity to buy the bundle of healing herbs. The package arrived in a timely manner and I am excited to try all but especially the nerve blend. Going through the garden with Rachel to learn about the plants was so special. And even though I’ve studied herbs and used for years, learning the you only cut certain species between specific hours was so helpful. It was further validation of how significant are the teachings rituals and customs from indigenous elders to not only the individual families but also to all on the planet. Thank you. ♥️♥️♥️ LH Washington DC
