Ingredients:
- Sweet Leaf (Lippia dulcis)
- Sweet Violet (Viola odorata L.)
Dosage:
- Recommended: 3 cups per day – 1 before breakfast, 1 before lunch, and 1 before dinner. If too strong, take it after meals. For preventative use, consume 1 cup per day.
- Preparation: Use 1 tablespoon per cup of water. Each bag contains enough for the full 7-day treatment.
- Duration: Take for 7 days. If needed, take a 7-day break before starting another cycle.
Contraindications:
- DO NOT consume if pregnant.
Additional Notes:
- Aids in clearing phlegm and soothing cold and flu symptoms.
- Avoid coffee, chili, sodas, alcohol, and pork during treatment.
- To minimize rare side effects such as drowsiness or stomach discomfort, avoid using more than 2 different treatments at the same time.
- Do not exceed 2 months of continuous use (4 cycles total). Sporadic single doses can be used for prevention.
