Ingredients:

  • Horehound (Marrubium vulgare)

Dosage:

  • Recommended: 3 cups daily – 1 before breakfast, 1 before lunch, 1 before dinner. If too strong, you can take it after meals. For preventative use, consume 1 cup per day.
  • Preparation: Use 1 tablespoon of the blend per cup of water. Each bag has enough for the 7 - day treatment.
  • Duration: Take for 7 days. If you want to continue, take a 7-day break before repeating, and then start a new 7 day treatment.

Contraindications:

DO NOT consume if pregnant.

Additional Notes:

  • The Reflux Blend is formulated to alleviate acid reflux and promote digestive comfort
  • For optimal effectiveness, refrain from consuming coffee, chili, sodas, alcohol, and pork while using this blend.
