DIETARY PRODUCTS

For dietary products, we cannot offer returns or refunds! If your product arrives damaged, we will of course replace it!

THE JOURNEY

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: As stated on the product page, we have a 90-day money-back guarantee in place. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 90 days after the start of your Journey, you are eligible for a refund.

Refunds for The Journey Special Offers:
If a gift card was redeemed, its value will be deducted from the refund amount. If the gift card was not used, it will be canceled upon issuance of the refund.

TOURS AND IN-PERSON EXPERIENCES

Unless otherwise stated, your payment or deposit is refundable until 2 MONTHS before the START of the tour/experience and 50% refundable until 1 MONTH before the START of the tour/experience.

  • Refund Processing Time:

    Refunds typically take up to 15 days to process from the day we receive your refund request. We appreciate your patience as we carefully review and process your request.

  • Refund Processing Fee:

    Please note that there will be a 5% refund processing fee deducted from the total refund amount for all refund transactions. This fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with handling refunds.

  • How to Initiate a Refund:

    To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@mayanwisdomproject with your order details and reason for the refund. Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND ELIGIBILITY:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees and any additional charges incurred are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

EXCLUSIONS:
