For dietary products, we cannot offer returns or refunds! If your product arrives damaged, we will of course replace it!

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: As stated on the product page, we have a 90-day money-back guarantee in place. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 90 days after the start of your Journey, you may be eligible for a refund, minus the cost of physical products (Welcome box) received and also subject to the processing fee (listed below).

TOURS AND IN-PERSON EXPERIENCES

Unless otherwise stated, your payment or deposit is refundable until 2 MONTHS before the START of the tour/experience and 50% refundable until 1 MONTH before the START of the tour/experience.

  • Refund Processing Time:

    Refunds typically take up to 15 days to process from the day we receive your refund request. We appreciate your patience as we carefully review and process your request.

  • Refund Processing Fee:

    Please note that there will be a 5% refund processing fee deducted from the total refund amount for all refund transactions. This fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with handling refunds.

  • How to Initiate a Refund:

    To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@mayanwisdomproject with your order details and reason for the refund. Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND ELIGIBILITY:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees and any additional charges incurred are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

EXCLUSIONS:
