About the herbalist healers who make these blends
Raquel and her mother, esteemed Maya herbalists, carry forward a profound legacy of herbal wisdom that has been passed down through their family for generations. Raquel is deeply involved in every part of the process, as she personally plants, nurtures, and cultivates each herb used in their blends. By blending ancestral wisdom with modern scientific understanding, she has created a harmonious fusion that bridges the gap between traditional practices and contemporary insights. Her journey began with a bad experience in modern medicine, which led her to immerse herself in her mother’s teachings and pursue advanced studies in herbalism at the university. This unique combination of ancient knowledge and modern science has gained the attention of students and professionals from the medicinal field who now seek her expertise. It is truly a wonderful opportunity to bring these herbs to you, celebrating the rich tapestry of both ancestral heritage and modern innovation.
