- Workshop on herbal wisdom and healing your body + understanding the source of physical ailments
- Giving back day by supporting the local children at one of the most impactful and mind blowing non-profits in the country (perhaps the world). It is an honor to support them since they are not so well known and we really make a difference by going there.
-
LANQUÍN
We will have several activities in Lanquín, Alta Verapaz with Hector, Elsa, and MANY MORE teachers!

- Cooking around the fire and oral tradition day with women from the community, including one of the tastiest heartiest meals you will ever have!
- Tour of Semuc Champey - a natural wonder of turquoise colored pools in the middle of the deep jungle
- Ancient clay workshop - where a female Elder will share the secrets of artisanal handmade objects and their journey, so we can appreciate the work behind the ancient work of artisans
- Ancient permaculture workshop - a mind blowing look into the way we should live according to the Maya
-
PETÉN
We will visit one of the most ancestral and sacred lands in the entire country!
- Visit to Tikal - an ancient Maya city with deep history and sacred energy! Including a receiving of the sunrise on top of Temple 4 and an entire day of guided walking amongst the ancient pyramids hiding in the jungle
- Visit to a community of ex-guerilla members who after three decades of a long fight to stop the genocide of Maya people were left stranded in the jungle with nothing... BUT behold, as they based an almost utopic community where more than 500 people reside in the exact way the Maya would in ancient times. Prepare for a deeply emotional journey of history and inspiration for how beautiful life could be like if we organized our communities better.
IMPORTANT NOTE - We know three weeks of activities is a lot to take in, especially taking into account the intense, emotional, and spiritual nature of the activities. For that reason, do not worry, we have carefully planned enough FREE or BREAK DAYS in between activities for you to rest fully + added days with full day activities but others with HALF DAY activities. With our prior experience we have planned this perfectly to find the right balance between activities, rest and integration.
